This rod’s blank design is unlike any other SJR we make, and it is a lot more powerful than its rating sounds. Its unique design features a soft, flexible tip for tossing both bait and lures, but the magnum butt-section is very powerful, giving you total control. This rod is perfect for throwing jigs in situations with heavy current.

Salmon/Steel/UL

BWS HSR 7600-1

$399.00 $279.30

This rod was originally designed to back-troll small lures for steelhead or silver salmon. But because of its extra-fast design, light tip, and powerful butt, it has quickly emerged as the rod of choice for serious walleye anglers fishing spinner/worm rigs. Saltwater flats fisherman also like the light tip for casting soft plastics, jigs or bait to cruising redfish and specks. This is an extremely versatile rod for both fresh and saltwater use and it is surprisingly powerful for its size.

FSS ISR 763-1

$279.00 $195.30

Specially designed as a deep-water spinning rod, the ISR 763 excels at fishing small leadhead jigs, tube jigs and small to medium crankbaits. The 7’6” length extends the angler’s casting range and provides a much better hook set in deep water. This rod has plenty of power for bigger fish, but it is also very forgiving, thanks to its moderate action. You aren’t apt to lose fish when they are hooked a long way off or going crazy right at the boat. It also makes a top-notch rod for ripping minnow-style lures.
